In Damascus, where war and poverty have left many weary and afraid, countless families long for care that restores both body and spirit. Burdened by trauma and uncertainty, patients arrive carrying deep wounds of fear and isolation. At a small Christian clinic led by Dr. Edward Awabdeh, more than 2,000 people each month receive free medical care, prayer, and words of peace. One woman, moved to tears, said, “No one has ever cared for me like this before.” Through quiet compassion and steadfast faith, this clinic has become a refuge—where Christ’s love shines through every act of healing.
