Before encountering Christ, a mother in Egypt felt overwhelmed by shame and rejection because of her child’s special needs, struggling under cultural stigma and despair. During a home visit, Pastor Gergis gently embraced her daughter, showing God’s love, and shared the message of Jesus. Touched by this encounter, the mother wept, received Jesus into her life, and began to see herself and her child through God’s eyes. Today, she volunteers faithfully in the Sweethearts of Jesus, a ministry for children of special needs. Her family now experiences restored hope, love, and the transformative power of God’s grace.
