In the Himalayas of Nepal, humanitarian work opened doors to meet urgent physical needs and build relationships. Behind this platform, both foreigners and nationals sought to reflect Christ’s love and share the message of the Gospel. When government persecution struck — raids, detainments, and the expulsion of most foreign workers — the national believers took full ownership of the ministry. Today, 45 baptisms have been celebrated across three unreached people groups. New house fellowships are forming, scripture translation continues, and leaders are raising the next generation.
Our mission is to advance the gospel among the hardest-to-reach places and people groups. We exist to glorify the King. All our efforts can be traced back to seeing Jesus receive the glory he is due. We are committed to seeing the completion of Revelation 7:9, that says, “I saw a great multitude before the throne from every nation, tribe, people, and language.” John Piper once said, “Missions exists because worship doesn’t.” So that’s where we’re headed—to nations that consider themselves closed to the worship of Jesus, tribes that have never even heard his name, languages in which his praise has never been sung. We are unapologetic in our pursuit of the unreached—those who have never heard the gospel.
