Eric Mutabazi is a dedicated nonprofit professional with nearly seven years of experience in grant operations and humanitarian work. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo in April 2000, Heritier spent the first decade of his life in a refugee camp, an experience that profoundly shaped his commitment to service and community development. Currently serving as a Grant Operations Coordinator at the Stoller Foundation, Eric plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the foundation’s grant processes, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to support impactful initiatives. Before joining the Stoller Foundation, Eric contributed to several esteemed organizations, including the International Rescue Committee and Catholic Charities. His work has spanned various facets of nonprofit operations, from program management to donor relations, with a consistent focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and fostering community development.
Eric holds a dual degree in Clinical Psychology and Economics from Hardin-Simmons University, equipping him with a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. Eric is known for his strong communication abilities, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and adaptability—qualities that enable him to navigate complex challenges and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Outside of his professional endeavors, Eric is passionate about leveraging technology to drive social change and improve operational outcomes in the nonprofit sector. He is also deeply involved in his community, attending Tallowood Baptist Church in Houston, where he finds purpose and guidance in his faith.
